You can place your order on line and pay for it by credit/debit card.
Alternatively, you may place your order by telephone, fax, E-Mail or letter paying by credit/debit card, cheque or put it on your account if you are one of our recognised account customers.
Please feel free to telephone us before placing an order to discuss your requirements, ask any questions you may have about the products, and give us any special delivery instructions.
For next day delivery of stocked items, we need to have your order by noon to allow us time to process your order and get it ready for despatch. Please note, carriers normally only deliver Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday for next day delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday. It is possible to arrange for goods to be delivered on a Saturday at extra cost.
When you take delivery of goods from a carrier they will ask you to sign that you have received the goods in good condition. It is important, therefore, that you check the goods thoroughly before signing as once you do so neither the carrier or ourselves can accept responsibility for any damage subsequently found. Please note it is not acceptable to sign for the goods as ‘unchecked’, as it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are undamaged before signing for them.
